How long will does it take to receive my order?

The delivery period begins the next full business day after the order leaves our warehouse in most cases the package reaches it destination in 3-7days

Is there a tracking number included with my order?

Yes. When your product leaves our warehouse, an email is automatically created and delivered to the email address you enter when placing your order. We will not be able to transmit tracking information if you do not enter an email address or supply an invalid one.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

Spam and junk email filters can occasionally stop tracking emails, so make sure you’ve checked all spam and junk folders.

We also cannot transmit tracking information if we have an erroneous email address or no email address.

If you are still unable to retrieve your tracking number information, please write an email to support@royallanexpress.com.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Not usually.

Unless there have been a significant amount of claims in your region, the driver will normally leave the package (driver discretion in those cases).
